Proper Lawn is a lawn service company. In the course of our business, we apply fertilizer and weed, insect or turf grass disease controls for our customers. While these products can be of great benefit to our customer's lawn, we realize that if these products are dispensed improperly, significant environmental damage may occur. Therefore, it is the policy of Proper Lawn:

We will only use products in a manner consistent with their labeling and manufacturer's specifications.
We will look for and work to avoid situations where a product will run off or drift from the target area.
We will pay attention to the considerations regarding the treatment of waterfront property.
That our operational practices and methods meet or exceed the requirements of the Michigan Department of Agriculture.

Proper Lawn's Commitment to Customer Satisfaction:

We want all our customers to be happy with our serivce. Proper Lawn recognizes that the key to our success, and the future of our prosperity rests on the satisfaction of our customers, and respect for the trust our customers place in us. That is why, I the owner of Proper Lawn, personally perform all applications. This provides direct accountability for the quality of work we perform, and ensures all work meets my expectiations.

Proper Lawn also offers to visit your lawn for FREE between regularly scheduled treatments if something should arise, or if inclement weather weakens weed control effects. These re-treatments will be done at NO CHARGE.

Futhermore, if a customer calls with a concern and asks for a free service call, we promise to visit that lawn within two business days.

Many of Proper Lawns customers are former customers of some of the larger national lawn service chains. The single greatest complaint we hear from our customers about those companies, is the never ending telemarketing and junk mail they receive from my competitors each year.

Proper Lawn strives to set itself apart from the crowd wherever we can, so we make the following promises:

No telemarketer will ever make a phone call on Proper Lawn's behalf.
Proper Lawn will not pester those people who request a quote, but decline our service.
Proper Lawn will not nag or harass former customers with solicitations or junk mail.

People can be confident that calling Proper Lawn and requesting a quote will not result in an endless barrage of telemarketing.
