Our Programs
Round 1:
Early spring treatment, root-building fertilizer with crabgrass prevention. This treatment will start the season off with good root development and start good growth throughout the spring and keep the crabgrass out of your lawn. We also will be looking for evidence that would point to potential insect problems in the summer.
Round 2:
Late spring treatment, root builder with timed-release fertilizer and broadleaf weed control. This application will knock out the weeds that start showing up this time of year. The fertilizer will maximize the turf development during the good growing period of late spring, and work as the season warms into early summer.
Round 3:
Early summer treatment, timed-release fertilizer to help keep your lawn green and growing over the summer and a season long grub control. This fertilizer formula is designed to work well even in times of intermittent rainfall, and the grub control will keep your lawn grub free all season. Weeds will be controlled and insects will be monitored.
Round 4:
Late summer treatment, a warm weather, slow release fertilizer to work with your irrigation and maintain your lawns health and beauty. Weeds will be controlled as needed, and insect activity will be checked for.
Round 5:
Fall treatment, we use a timed-release fertilizer designed to take advantage of the cooler weather and greater rainfall by promoting root growth. Broadleaf weeds usually crop up again this time of year and they will be controlled. Insect activity will be checked, especially grubs, for this is the best chance to gain control of them. If grubs are found, we will bring them to your attention and talk about control options.
Round 6:
Winterizer fertilizer will be applied. This product will maintain good turf appearance as long as seasonally possible. It is designed to winter over in the grass and soak into the ground during the thaw, making the nutrients available as soon as the grass starts to need it. Lawns that receive this treatment recover from winter faster, and make the most of the root growing period in the spring.
